⇨First day of OST! (Overseas Shopping Trip) HAHAH
First day of Macau/HK shopping trip with Mum!
With my grandmother recent admission to hospital, and depressing news about her cancerous tumour, I wasn’t in the mood at all. What’s more, I’ll be skipping two pracs for VJ Band CIP and the pieces we’re playing is really quite challenging for my part. What a buzzkill. OH. And to top it off, I’m having a really persistent cough. No wonder people say troubles don’t rain; they pour.
Woke up at 3 am since I had to reach airport at 430 am and I was really cranky and snappish. I wasn’t feeling all that excited about the shopping trip but when I got started, I just couldn’t stop! HAHAH! It’s like an adrenaline or sugar rush!
Bought about 4 pairs of shoes, 4 pairs of BEATS earphones (imitation though -.-, got kinda ripped off, but the sound quality is still better than most earphones. Even audio-technica so oh well!), 1 pair of BEATS headphone, and 1 more pair of BEATS earphone (real) HEEHEE!
AND I got this really cute iPhone case! CONFIRM PLUS CHOP WON’T FIND IN SINGAPORE AND IT’S MAD CHEAP! It’s like $10 but hey! Considering its size and cuteness, it’s definitely worth the moolah! Bought a Rilakkuma portable charger (I fervently hope it won’t suddenly explode and spoil my iPhone)
Shopping at Zhuhai is really freaking worth it. Yes, loads of imitation stuff, but hey! It’s of good quality so just buy larh! Anyway, it’s mad cheap too HAHAHHAHAHAHAH!
I’m currently staying at this really attas place, Venetian Hotel. It’s like a replica of Venice, and OMG. There’s lots of stuff here! Casino (super lots of ah tiongs -.- and smoking plus spitting. Best.) and shopping centre! And the suite room is one of the best rooms I ever stayed in! Spacious like mad, and queen-sized beds! OH YES. THIS IS THE LIFE!
The downside of this 6 star hotel is, there is no freaking free wifi. -.- need to pay about SGD$27 for 24 hours. SIAO. Not as if I’m gonna be in the hotel the whole day. At most I’d only be using it for 7 hours. SO NOT WORTH IT. walked around the whole place just to find a place with free wifi, and voila! Just as I was about to give up, Café Deco saved my life! INTERNET~ FINALLY! Need to tweet smth HAHAHHA! But currently some ass is using my MBP’s IP address so I cant go on internet using MBP ): SAD MAX.
Gonna really feedback about this problem asap to the hotel. OH. And the staff personnel, especially those ahtiongs (guys) are being such rude ppl and dunces. Everything also don’t know still give attitude. GL MAX. Someone needs to give them proper service education. Serve with a SMILE.
I’m not discriminating ahtiongs. I met some really great china ppl, like my china buddy ShuBing. But honestly, most of them who I met gave me a really bad impression. “excuse me” is not in the dictionary. They’re like mutes who just shove you away just to be the first in line, even cutting queue at immigration checkpoints. –rolls eyes- talking really freaking loudly as though it’s their freaking house. THEY NEED TO LEARN SOME CONSIDERATION AND PUBLIC COURTESY. Self-centred pigs. Oh, and smoking and spitting. Making that really disgusting noise before spitting. OMG.
Have they ever thought about why they have so much mucus? Cause they smoke loads of cigarettes, polluting the air hence causing your mucus glands in your trachea to secrete more mucus to trap dust and harmful bacteria in the air, which would then be coughed out or swallowed back down to the stomach. It would also cause them to have lung cancer eventually.
They cough and cough and cough, getting chronic bronchitis and eventually emphysema whereby their violent coughing causes the alveoli to break down, decreasing surface area to volume ratio of diffusion of gases. SEE. They are in this state because of themselves. They wanna criticize Singaporeans? OH PLEASE. Look at us. We’re a clean, green city with fresh air, and CONSIDERATE people. Yes, we may be kiasu and whatsoever, but at least we’d help out if an animal was ran over, let alone human beings. OKAY I KNOW I’M GENERALISING AND NOT ALL CHINA PEOPLE ARE LIKE THAT BUT STILL.
Okay shall stop ranting here. China would be so much greater and respectable if the people start having some manners.
ANYWAY, when I finally accessed twitter, my timeline was totally flooded with MAMA news! I didn’t expect much cause I thought SNSD and CNBLUE would not win anything since the votes were not in favour towards them. BUT OH YAY! HAHAHAHHAHAHAH THEY WON! –THROWS CONFETTI IN AIR- the power of 9 and BLUE! HEEHEE!

Okay, I guess that’s about all for the first day of my shopping trip! It’s been a really fruitful and satisfactory day and I hope tmr’s shopping in Hong Kong would be the same! ^^
P/S trying to kinda revive my dead blog. It’s time I start writing before I get rusty.
